Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the mak77 platform is strictly conditional on the Player meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of account activity:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mak77 is an adults-only platform. Registering an account while under the age of 21 is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Personal capacity: You must be registering as a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, trust accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
3. Single account: Each individual may hold no more than one registered mak77 Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
5. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order placed on your own mak77 Account or any equivalent responsible gaming restriction.
6. Not on restricted lists: You must not appear on any financial sanctions list, anti-money-laundering watch list, or equivalent regulatory list that would prohibit mak77 from providing services to you.

Account Registration

To access mak77's real-money products — including Sportsbook, mak77 Casino, Slots, Video Poker, and Betting Tips — you must complete the mak77 account registration process and receive a confirmed, active account in good standing.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all registration fields. This includes but is not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid Indonesian mobile number, a valid email address, and your preferred payment method details for the purposes of identity verification and payment processing.

mak77 relies on the accuracy of registration information for the purposes of KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and ensuring that withdrawal funds are directed to the correct beneficial owner. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

mak77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee approval of an account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mak77 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted from your mak77 Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been conducted by you as the registered account holder, unless you have notified mak77 support of unauthorised access prior to the relevant activity occurring. mak77 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact mak77 support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. mak77 will suspend the account pending investigation upon receiving a credible report of unauthorised access.

mak77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor verification on your account and using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service, including your Indonesian bank's mobile banking application.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on mak77 — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mak77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits: mak77 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by channel; the current minimums are displayed on the mak77 deposit page. Deposits are credited to your account balance on confirmation of receipt. mak77 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in your name and associated with your mak77 Account. Third-party withdrawals — directing funds to a bank account or e-wallet not registered to the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be declined. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes during WIB business hours. Processing times outside WIB business hours may extend to 2–4 hours. mak77 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

KYC and Withdrawal Holds: mak77 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players will be notified promptly if a withdrawal hold is applied and advised of the documentation required to lift the hold. Typical KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and a recent proof of the payment method used for the deposit (e.g., a bank statement header showing the account holder name and account number).

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages within your mak77 Account. mak77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with notice to affected players.

Refunds: Once a deposit has been credited to your mak77 Account balance and used in whole or in part for wagering, that deposit is non-refundable. Unused deposits held as account balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the withdrawal procedure above, subject to KYC requirements and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

mak77 offers a range of promotional bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards — from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion on the mak77 platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before any funds generated from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

Eligible Games: Not all games on mak77 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and low house-edge products may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20%) compared to standard slots. The contribution rates applicable to each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated real-money funds generated from that bonus will be forfeited. The expiry period applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion terms.

Players may opt out of all promotional communications and bonus offers at any time by contacting mak77 support. Players who have opted out will not have bonus funds automatically applied to their account and may continue to play using real-money balances only.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the mak77 Sportsbook are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the Sportsbook section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant sport rules before placing a bet. mak77 accepts no liability for bets placed without full understanding of the applicable rules.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until mak77's system returns an explicit confirmation with a unique bet reference number. In the event of a system error during bet placement, the bet will be treated as void and any staked funds returned to the player's account balance. Screenshots of bet slips without a confirmed bet reference do not constitute evidence of a confirmed bet.

Palpable Errors: mak77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that result from an obvious pricing error, system error, or data feed malfunction — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors will have their accounts reviewed and may be subject to suspension.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino and slot game outcomes on mak77 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by our studio partners (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent long-run statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Disconnections: If a player is disconnected during an active game round, mak77's system will complete the round automatically according to the rules of the relevant game. The outcome of the completed round is final. Players experiencing frequent disconnections are advised to contact their internet service provider and to avoid placing bets during known periods of network instability.

Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all product categories on mak77. These limits are displayed within each product section. Winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout cap will be settled at the cap amount, with the excess voided.

Responsible Gaming

mak77 is committed to providing a safe and sustainable gaming environment. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes and should not be used as a source of income or as a means of resolving financial difficulties. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge, accessible from within the account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits to your mak77 Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Timers: Set a maximum continuous session duration. You will receive a notification when the session limit approaches and the session will be closed upon reaching the limit.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) while retaining the ability to withdraw your balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the mak77 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mak77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one account on mak77, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of account interaction.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mak77 platform — including but not limited to the mak77 brand name, logo, visual design, text, graphics, game interfaces, data feeds, and software — is the intellectual property of mak77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mak77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any mak77 content without prior written authorisation from mak77.

Game content provided by third-party studio partners (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is made available to mak77 players under licence. Use of studio content beyond the scope of the mak77 platform is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, mak77's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their mak77 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mak77 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of or inability to use the mak77 platform.
• Losses arising from temporary or prolonged platform unavailability, including scheduled maintenance windows, unscheduled outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account.
• The outcome of any individual bet or game session, including outcomes that a Player considers unfair, erroneous, or contrary to expectation.
• Delays in deposit credit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, Indonesian banks, or e-wallet providers.

Privacy & Data

mak77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read together with these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account on mak77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mak77 collects personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and identity verification; transaction processing and fraud prevention; KYC compliance; responsible gaming monitoring; and customer support. mak77 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

All personal data transmitted between your device and the mak77 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. mak77 retains personal data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any longer retention periods required by applicable law or regulatory obligations.

Suspension & Termination

mak77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where mak77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct in connection with the mak77 platform.
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose mak77 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months with a zero balance.

Where an account is terminated for cause (i.e., as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms), any balance held in the Account at the time of termination may be forfeited at mak77's discretion pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request with no outstanding breach, the Account balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC checks.

Amendments

mak77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Player rights, obligations, or financial interests — mak77 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the mak77 platform homepage and, where possible, via email to the address registered on your Account.

Continued use of the mak77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to licensed online gaming operations.

mak77 operates as an internationally licensed platform. Players access the mak77 platform voluntarily and acknowledge that the legal status of online gambling activities varies by jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the mak77 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before registering an account or placing any bet.

Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through mak77 support shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution, with proceedings conducted in English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by mak77 at its discretion.
